Chapter 10

Tournament of Bands Chapter X serves northern and central New Jersey as well as southeastern New York including
NJ counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Northern Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex & Union.
New York counties of Bronx, Kings, Suffolk, Nassau, Queens & Westchester

All bands, colorguards, and percussion ensembles, regardless of size and location, are welcome to perform at TOB Chapter X shows. TOB is focused on providing a positive and educational experience for all performing units. We can meet the needs of all performing units by providing separate adjudication for Open Class, Class A and Festival Class units. If your unit wishes to perform at a Chapter X show, please contact the show coordinator or Chapter Coordinator Ray Troxell for information.

Chapter 10 Winter Indoor Meeting

Monday November 28th 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Governor Livingston HS Band Room

For all those interested in indoor activities including Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion, Dance Teams, T wirlers, Jazz Band & Concert Band. As a TOB Chapter 10 Member you are all able to participate in Indoor activities at no extra cost.

Topics will include Participation, Chapter Shows, general information, championships and rules.

• Governor Livingston HS - 2011 TOB Group 1 Open Class Atlantic Coast Champions with a score of 95.75 (their 12th ACC title). They are also the 2011 TOB New Jersey State Group 1 Open Champions and 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Group 1 Open Champions
• Roselle Park HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 1 Open Bronze Medal winners with a score of 85.20
• Lenape Valley Regional HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 1 Open Class finalist with a score of 83.15
• Raritan Regional HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 1 Open Class qualifier
• Arthur L Johnson HS - 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Class A Group 1 Champions but unable to attend the TOB Class A Championship due to the snowstorm
  
• Dunellen HS - 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Class A Group 1 runner up but unable to attend the TOB Class A Championship due to the snowstorm
• Matawan Regional HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 2 Open Class third place Gold medal winners with a score of 95.50 and 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Group 2 Open Champions
• West Essex Regional HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 2 Open Class 5th Place Silver medal winners with a score of 92.90
• Madison HS - 2011 TOB Class A Group 2 2nd Place winners and 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Group 2 Class A Champions
• Jefferson Twp HS - 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Class A Group 2 runner up but unable to attend the TOB Class A Championship due to the snowstorm
• Memorial HS & Wayne Valley HS who were unable to attend Chapters due to community commitments
• Sayreville War Memorial HS for hosting the New Jersey Championship
• Brick Memorial HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 3 Open Class 4th Place Gold medal winners with a score of 94.15, 2011 TOB New Jersey State Group 3 Open Champions and 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Group 3 Open Champions
• North Bergen HS - 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Class A Group 3 Champions
• Ramsey HS - 2011 TOB ACC Group 4 Open Class 7th Place Silver medal winners with a score of 90.60. Also 2011 TOB New Jersey State Group 4 Open Class Champions and 2011 TOB Chapter 10 Group 4 Open Champions
